The Dashboard
The dashboard gives you an overview of your compliance. Here you'll find the things that need your attention - from cost prices that need uploading to VAT payments that are due.
If you click on a return in the “Needs Attention” table, you'll see the details of that filing, the VAT payment deadline and the Tax Authority's payment details. When you've made a payment, this is where you'll upload proof of payment and confirm it's been paid.
Company Profile
From the profile icon in the top right of Tribexa, you can navigate to your Company Profile. This is where you can find and manage your company information, as well as the ability to connect your stores to Tribexa.
Online Marketplaces
Tribexa has API support for Amazon, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce stores (with more to come!). Choose which type of store you'd like to connect and a window will open prompting you to name the connection. If you're connecting two stores of the same type, make sure to name them so you know which is which.
Contact Info
If you need to update your contact information, you can do this in the "Contact Info" tab. When you save the changes, we'll get a notification to let us know.
Indirect Tax
In the Indirect Tax tab, you can see your active registrations, the status of your filings, and access historical filings.
Product Management
Here, you can view and manage your cost prices.
Sales Data
See and download sales data from previous periods and download the sales data template.
Documents
All the documents you've previously uploaded to Tribexa live here. If you need to, you can also upload any additional sales invoices here.
