Registration Times
In Italy, EPR ID numbers are released every quarter. Therefore, when you submit your application will affect how long you'll wait for your number. At the latest, your application must be filed by the 15th of the month prior to the upcoming quarter. For example, if you require your EPR number for October 1st 2026, you will need to ensure your application is submitted by the 15th September.
Bank Guarantees
If you’re based outside the EU, you’ll need to provide a bank guarantee to cover the environmental contribution expected for the next 12 months. The amount required for the guarantee will be confirmed to you by our EPR registrations team.
Authorised Representatives
If you're not based in Italy, you'll need an Authorised Representative to register for EPR.

Non-Belgian companies selling on Amazon to Belgium can use Pay on Behalf to manage their EPR obligations.
